Drilling in the Smiley Ave Neighborhood 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department. This week there will be a crew in the Neighborhood of Smiley Avenue, Manners Avenue, Montclair Road, Russell Street and Francis Street doing test borings in the streets. This is for the design phase for replacing the undersized water mains in the neighborhood. Please avoid parking on the street, during the day, while this work is being done.
