Press Release: NPD #2019-31849 Neglect of a Dependent Investigation & Arrests (713 Nelson Circle, Noblesville) 11.18.19

Noblesville, IN – On November 12, 2019 at approximately 10:03 a.m., police officers from the Noblesville Police Department responded to the address of 713 Nelson Circle (Noblesville) to assist medics with a possible cardiac arrest involving a four (4) year old male.

Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and began to investigate. Based on initial observations and apparent evidence at the scene, officers requested investigators from the Criminal Investigation Division as well as investigators from the Hamilton County Department of Child Services to assist.

The child was initially transported to Riverview Health (Noblesville) and later to Riley Hospital for Children (Indianapolis) with life-threatening injuries.

At the conclusion of the investigation, investigators submitted their findings to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office and arrest warrants were issued for two (2) individuals believed to be involved in the case. Both subjects are currently being held at the Hamilton County Jail on the following preliminary charges:
