A PSPS Update: Based on information from the County’s PG&E Single Point Contact, The City of Lakeport MAY NOT be in the shutdown area.
As of this morning’s update, it appears the City of Lakeport and the majority of the North and East Shores of Clear Lake will not be affected by this potential PSPS Event. However, as we have seen in previous events, the scope can change due to dynamic weather conditions.
This map is intended to provide only a general sense of the affected area. PG&E’s address lookup tool is the best way to identify whether your specific property may lose power:

The final decision to move forward with a November 20 PSPS Event has not yet been made. Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and City Staff will release information as it is made available.
The City of Lakeport will be providing updates as we receive them. Residents are encouraged to be prepared in case the outage area should expand.
