Red Flag Warning issued for 11/20, 4:00 a.m. until 11/21, 7:00 a.m. 
The National Weather Service in San Francisco has declared a Red Flag Warning that will go into effect at 4:00AM on November 20th (Wednesday) and will continue to at least 7:00 AM November 21st (Thursday) due to predicted northerly winds and low humidity. The Red Flag is for the East Bay Hills including Kensington and El Cerrito ridge tops.
The Fire Department will post the Red Flags at each station and signs at the parks.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior
