On November 19, 2019, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Department of Homeland Security and Indiana State Police with serving a Federal Arrest Warrant in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Winamac, Indiana.
Terry O. Cottrell, 36, Winamac, was taken into custody at the residence as a result of the Federal Arrest Warrant for Possession of Child Pornography. The investigation resulting in these charges was conducted by the Department of Homeland Security and Indiana State Police. The Possession of Child Pornography charges came after search warrants were served at the Winamac residence. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and Winamac Police Department assisted during this investigation.
Cottrell is currently being held at the St. Joseph County Jail.
