On Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 11:17am Absecon patrol units located a stolen vehicle while it was traveling on Rt. 30. The vehicle, a 2018 Ford Focus, fled from multiple patrol units when they attempted to stop it. The vehicle was located a short time later behind the Dollar General store off of S. New Rd. Patrol units observed the two occupants flee from the vehicle. The male was located hiding in the Oyster Bay complex and was taken into custody. The female was located along W. California Ave. near Manor Dr. and after a brief foot chase she was taken into custody. During that foot chase the female discarded a firearm which was retrieved by patrol units.

The female, 20 year old Pamara V. Dudley of Mays Landing, was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (the stolen vehicle), Resisting Arrest by Flight, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and Possession of Hollow Point Bullets. Ms. Dudley was charged on a summons and released.

The male, 28 year old Damonyea Q. Mallory Sr. of Atlantic City, was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (the stolen vehicle), Eluding, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Marijuana Under 50 grams, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Certain Persons not to Possess Weapons, Possession of Hollow Point Bullets, and numerous motor vehicle violations. Mr. Mallory’s charges were approved for a warrant and he was lodged in the Atlantic County Jail.
