* WHERE...Coastal low elevations, and interior high elevations of Humboldt county, plus interior high elevations of southern Trinity and northern Mendocino counties. This includes summits along Highway 101, 36 and 299, and the Humboldt Bay area.
* WHEN...From 1 PM Tuesday to 4 AM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
