Gas Line Struck on Willow 
RESIDENTS OF THE FRENEAU SECTION: Construction workers at 10 Willow struck a gas line earlier this morning. Out of an abundance of caution, the fire company responded and several homes were evacuated. NJ Natural Gas Co. responded to the scene and rendered the gas line safe. All residents have been allowed back into their homes. Repairs are currently being made to the gas line, which will take several hours to complete. It will be necessary for NJNG to visit your home to restore gas service. It is important to know that someone needs to be present at your home to allow NJNG to restore your gas service.
