Motorist are advised of several flooded streets in Chula Vista with road closures including: E Street and Bonita Road at the I 805 interchange; Third Avenue between Quintard and Palomar; and the number two lane on Main street from Melrose to Hilltop.
Please avoid driving through any standing water. And remember if your wipers are on, your headlights must be on.
