Synopsis: The suspect cut the victim's driver off. Both drivers pulled over and started arguing. The suspect exited his vehicle with a hammer. The passenger/victim got out of his vehicle and confronts the suspect. The suspect struck the victim in the head. The driver got a crowbar from the trunk of his car and hits the suspect's windshield as he drivers off. The suspect's address was checked and found to be an old address. The victim sustained a 1" laceration to his head and transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The suspect is described as a male in his 50s, heavy set, wearing a flannel shirt and tan shorts. He was driving a silver 2002 Toyota Forerunner. SDPD Western Division will be conducting the investigation.

Synopsis: The suspect entered Papa Johns, walked up to the counter, produced a handgun from his hoodie and demanded cash from the register. The clerk complied and gave him the money. The suspect asked for the money from the second register but a customer entered and scared the suspect off. The suspect left on foot. The loss is unknown at this time. The suspect was described as a black male, 20 to 30 years old, 5'9" to 6' and 150 to 160 pounds. He was wearing a dark hoodie and dark pants. SDPDs Robbery detectives responded and are investigating the robbery.
