According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Jazman E. Fowler will be relocating to JCRC, 4544 W. Hwy 14, Janesville, WI on December 13, 2019.
Fowler was convicted of False Imprisonment on October 2, 2002 and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on April 14, 2004.
While placed at 4544 W. Hwy 14, Janesville, WI, conditions of Fowler’s supervision include, but are not limited to: No unsupervised contact with minors; No contact with victims; Not to consume drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; Cooperate with electronic monitoring; Face-to-face contact with law enforcement required; Comply with all requirements and lifetime registrant of WI Sex Offender Registry.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for the placement of this sex offender in any manner; however, by law we are required to provide public notice.
