The City of Sleepy Eye is declaring a snow emergency for this evening, 12/09/2019 starting at 11 PM. Vehicles parked in the downtown area will have until 1 AM to get their vehicle(s) moved. If not they are subject to a ticket and/or tow. For vehicle(s) parked outside the downtown area will have 24 hours to move to a cleaned portion of roadway and sufficient room is left so plows can clean any unplowed area. If not moved they are also subject to a ticket and/or tow.
