3rd Precinct Community Service Officers Silva and Barbosa Make Neighborhood Improvements with East Side High School Students 
3rd Precinct Community Service Officers M. Silva and R. Barbosa are joined by East Side High School students in painting Ironbound area fire hydrants today. The police collaborate with East Side students to assist them in earning community service hours. Today's service included painting the parking safety post at International Florist. Officers Silva and Barbosa thank the owners of the establishment, the Pimentel family, for their support and cooperation.
