TRAFFIC ADVISORY for Route 1 Evening of 12/13 
Attention drivers and residents in proximity to Route 1. The Cecil County Sheriff's Office will be escorting runners from the United States Naval Academy as they transit Cecil County with game balls for the 120th Army Navy Game. Drivers can expect delays from 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM as the runners cross the county on their way to the Pennsylvania border. Your patience is deeply appreciated as the weather conditions are more like ARMY weather so we expect the Middies to go a little slower than in previous years. GABN
