The National City Police Department was searching for an elderly missing person who was last seen in the 3000 block of East 6th Street, National City. A police helicopter was used during the search and PA announcements were made.

The missing person was found safe and sound and has been reunited with her family. Thank you to everyone for your assistance during this incident.
