The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Athens County from 7PM Sunday, 12/15/19 until 10AM Monday, 12/16/19.

• ·  WHAT - Mixed precipitation expected including snow, sleet and freezing rain. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch.
• ·  WHERE - Portions of southeast Ohio and central, northeast and northern West Virginia.
• ·  WHEN - From 7PM this evening to 10AM Monday.
• ·  IMPACTS - Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
