Update from the Sun Prairie police dispatch center

As of around 1:30am, the city of Sun Prairie and all of its departments will be unable to receive incoming phone calls from Verizon mobile devices. This is a nationwide issue that Verizon is aware of and working on. As of the time of this message, we do not have an ETA on the repair of this issue. If you are a Verizon mobile subscriber and need to contact any department at the city of Sun Prairie, including nonemergency police services, please contact the Dane county communications center at 608-255-2345 and follow the automated prompts. An update to this message will be sent out once this issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
