Felony OWI - 4th Offense
The Middleton Police Department arrested 31-year-old Jaime Ramos Aguilar of Fitchburg for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated—Fourth Offense, a felony.
On Thursday, December 19, 2019 at approximately 11:24pm, a Middleton Police Officer saw Ramos Aguilar weaving on University Avenue and smelled an odor of intoxicants Ramos Aguilar. After Ramos Aguilar performed Field Sobriety Tests, he was arrested for OWI.
Ramos Aguilar provided a breath sample after his arrest. The result was .11%. The prohibited alcohol content in Wisconsin is .08%
Ramos Aguilar was booked into the Dane County Jail for OWI—4th Offense and cited for Operating with a Revoked Driver’s License.
Ramos Aguilar also used a fake ID card to identify himself to the police. His true identity was later discovered after the arresting officer used his fingerprints to identify him. Ramos Aguilar was also charged with Obstructing an Officer, a misdemeanor.
