...Untreated Roads and Sidewalks Expected to Become Slick This Morning.. .Precipitation will spread into parts of southeast Minnesota and western Wisconsin this morning. Initially this could be in the form of some light snow or freezing rain, before it changes over to all rain. This will cause untreated roads and sidewalks to become slick. If you have travel planned this morning, be sure to check road conditions BEFORE you head out. If you suspect any icing, lower your speeds and allow much greater braking distances.
