SNOW EMERGENCY on Wednesday, January 1st, 2020 beginning at Midnight 
The City of Sleepy Eye is declaring a SNOW EMERGENCY, Wednesday, January 1st, starting at midnight.
We ask that vehicles parked in the residental areas be moved to off street parking. Vehicle(s) parked in the downtown area have two hours to move to off street parking from the time that the emergency is declared. Vehicle(s) in the residental areas have 24 hours to move to a cleared (clean) parking spot. Also sufficent room has to be left for a plow to clean an area that has not been previously cleared of snow. Violations are subject to a ticket and/or tow.
