Noblesville, IN – The Noblesville Police Department is currently investigating a theft incident that occurred on December 28, 2019 at approximately 8:47 p.m. at the Walmart located at 16865 Clover Road (Noblesville).

Based on statements from witnesses, video footage and other potential evidence at the scene, it would appear that four (4) black males came into the store and proceeded back to the electronics department. Information suggests that the suspects inquired about purchasing two (2) iPads and as a result, a salesperson retrieved the devices from a locked storage cabinet and placed them on the counter. A short time thereafter, it was reported that the suspects grabbed the merchandise from the counter and ran towards the store’s exit doors. It was reported the suspects continued through the exit doors without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise. Witnesses stated that the suspects may have left the area in a silver, 4-door passenger vehicle. There were no injuries reported by either patrons or employees as a result of the incident.
