On January 1, 2020, at 11:24 a.m. Deputies U.B. Smith and Jennifer Loesch went to 8121 S. Victoria Drive to investigate a drug tip that they had received. Upon arriving at the residence Deputy Smith spoke with 35-year-old Timothy Baker and was given consent to search the property and conduct a drug investigation. At the conclusion of his drug investigation Deputy Smith placed Mr. Baker into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamines, and Dealing in Methamphetamines. He remains in custody on an $8,000 bond.

Also arrested on scene was 29 year old Kelsey Klodowski of Ft. Branch on Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamines and Dealing in Methamphetamines charges. She also remains in custody on a $8000 bond.

11.77 grams of Methamphetamines and over 13.9 grams of Marijuana were recovered during this investigation.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
