Franklin Boulevard is now open in both directions at Old Turnpike. Adams Ave remains one way Franklin to Main for now 
The long awaited day has come! Remedial Construction Inc. and South Jersey Industries have come to the point in thier soil remediation project that they are able to reopen Franklin Boulevard in both directions at Old Turnpike. Traffic traveling on Old Turnpike must again stop at the posted stop signs and yield to traffic on Franklin Boulevard. The one way status of Adams Avenue will stay in place for several more days to allow for removal of signage and other logistical steps. Striping will be completed in the near future to finalize the intersection reconstruction. Motorist are reminded that the posted speed limit on Franklin Boulevard is 25 mph.
