Please see the attached Missing Person Bulletin for Gregory Scott Burrows who went missing from the South Pasadena Care Center at 904 Mission Street, South Pasadena , on January 4, 2020, between 7:00 and 10:50 a.m. Burrows is confined to a wheelchair and his right leg is amputated below the knee.
