TRAFFIC ALERT 1/9/2020 
TRAFFIC ADVISORY
On Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM the funeral for Robert “Bo” Sokolowski will be held at the United Church of Christ Congregational at 723 Massachusetts Avenue in Boxborough. A large gathering of people are expected at the service.
The Boxborough Police Department will enact the following traffic restrictions:
Middle Road at Massachusetts Avenue will be closed to all traffic from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. Vehicles of funeral attendees will be directed to Hill Road, then to Middle Road.
Middle Road will be closed to all traffic at Depot Road with the exception of parking for vehicles of funeral attendees.
Massachusetts Avenue between Middle Road and Burroughs Road (east end) will be closed to all traffic during the funeral procession which is anticipated to take place between 11:00 and 11:30 am.
Burroughs Road between Pine Hill Road and Stow Road will be closed to all traffic between 11:00 am – 12:00 noon.
Police Officers will be on hand to assist with traffic
Handicapped individuals and those with special needs or circumstances can request assistance from any police officer
