City-wide Christmas Tree collection on Saturday, January 11, 6AM 
Hello. This is the City of Haverhill's Solid Waste and Recycling Department calling, on Thursday, January ninth with an important message. This Saturday, January eleventh, Capitol Waste will be conducting a one-day-only city-wide collection of Christmas trees. If you are eligible for city curbside trash and recycling collection, you may place your tree curbside for pick-up. Please have your natural tree curbside by six thirty AM, on Saturday. Trees will only be collected if they are free of ornaments, string lights, tinsel and tree stands. Please do not bag your trees. After this collection day, residents will be able to bring Christmas trees to the Recycling Center until January twenty-fifth; Hours of operation are Wednesdays and Saturdays eight AM until one PM.
