Forest City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway/missing juvenile. Justice Keith Segers is a white male, age 17, 5’9”, 150 lbs. with blue or possibly red dyed hair. He was last seen on Thursday night at 172 Charles St. in Forest City. The foster parent reported an unknown clothing description or direction of travel.
