* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected beginning later this afternoon and particularly tonight. Total snow accumulations of up to 3 inches and ice accumulations of one tenth to three tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Calhoun and Jackson counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Expect power outages and tree damage due to the ice. Travel will be difficult to potentially impossible due to icing on roadways.
* AFFECTED AREAS: VAN BUREN ... CALHOUN ... JACKSON ... KALAMAZOO
