* Until 1130 AM EST Sunday.
* At 1134 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain fell over the area throughout the morning hours. Runoff from the heavy rainfall will cause flooding. Spotters and automated rain gauges have reported one to two inches of rain has already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Warren, Ann Arbor, Livonia, Southfield, Taylor, St. Clair Shores, Novi, Port Huron, Romulus, Adrian, Monroe, Ypsilanti, Mount Clemens, New Baltimore, Flat Rock, Saline, Tecumseh, Milan, Richmond and St. Clair.
