At 127 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. One to three inches of rain has already fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Warren, Ann Arbor, Livonia, Southfield, Taylor, St. Clair Shores, Novi, Port Huron, Romulus, Adrian, Monroe, Ypsilanti, Mount Clemens, New Baltimore, Flat Rock, Saline, Tecumseh, Milan, Richmond and St. Clair.
