Rouge River...Saginaw River...Shiawassee River .Rainfall across the area through 3pm has ranged basically between 2 and 3 inches. Up to another inch of rain or mix of rain and freezing rain, sleet and snow is still possible through tonight. The forecast takes into account additional rainfall expected. More or less rainfall will effect the actual crests. A flood warning continues for Clinton River in Sterling Heights and Clinton Township..

* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast is to crest around 19.0 feet this evening.
