Shooting Incident/Homicide Update: "Early this morning the life of 23 year old Kevon Williams of Ridgeland ended due to gunfire at a night club in northern Jasper County. My investigative division has been working through the night and day collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses and persons of interest. This is an active investigation with many moving parts and we are giving our best. My heart is heavy for Kevon's family and I ask that you pray for them and the many who witnessed this terrible crime. Several other guests were injured but are expected to recover.
