4th Precinct Community Service Officer Porter and Members of the Community Focus Team Greet Residents and Area Young People 
4th Precinct Community Service Officer A. Porter, along with Officers B. White and Z. Smith of the Newark Police Division's Community Focus Team, greeted residents along South 20th Street, South 19th Street and 18th Avenue. The officers distributed flyers and invited residents to the 4th Precinct's upcoming council meeting tomorrow at 6 p.m. at 703 Spout 12th Street (International Youth Organization).
The officers also visited West Side High School's Light's On program where they spoke with youth about police-community partnerships.
