Southbound Eastlake Parkway in Chula Vista Closed Due to Gas Leak 
The southbound lanes of Eastlake Parkway in Chula Vista have been closed due to a reported gas leak. Chula Vista Fire and Police are on scene and SDG&E is expected soon.
Eastlake High School has been instructed to shelter in place but there is no immediate danger to the students and staff and no evacuation is needed.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area of southbound Eastlake Parkway at this time. Thank you for your cooperation.
