Full Notification

An earlier gas leak has been contained on Eastlake Parkway in front of Eastlake High School in Chula Vista. SDG&E crews are now in the process of restoring service to those affected. Students, teachers and staff were not in any immediate danger from the leak but were told to shelter in place as a precaution.

One southbound lane of Eastlake Parkway is still closed to traffic. Please watch for cones and work crews in the area.
