City of Windom declaration of a Snow Emergency from 12 midnight Friday, Jan 17th until 12 noon on Saturday, Jan 18th. 
The City of Windom is declaring a Snow Emergency from 12:00 midnight on Friday, January 17th until 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 18th.
No parking on streets or alleys during the Snow Emergency or until the streets and alleys have been completely plowed of snow.
City designated public parking lots are open during the Snow Emergency but all vehicles will have to be removed by 6:00 pm on Saturday, January 18th. Map attached.
If snow is extremely heavy and high winds causing blizzard conditions the City crews will concentrate plowing activity to Snow Emergency Routes. Map attached.
