* WHERE...Northern Oneida county.
* WHEN...Steady snow develops Saturday afternoon and evening then transitions to periods of lake effect snow Saturday night through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of 1 to 1.5 inches per hour expected Saturday afternoon, then up to 1 inch per hour for the rest of the event. Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph will create areas of blowing and drifting snow Saturday afternoon and evening. Winds then turn southwest Saturday night into Sunday and remaining breezy. Temperatures will be in the upper 10s to 20s through the event.
