Forest City Police Department is attempting to locate David Siemon, age 14, described as being a white male, 5'05", 130 lbs., short straight brown hair and hazel eyes. Siemon is possibly wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.
According to his mother, he is a type 1 diabetic, dependent on insulin and may be in possession of a firearm. Siemon was last seen overnight at his residence located on Arlington Street, Forest City, NC.
