Daniel Tolson arrested on no-bail Assault 4 and Criminal Mischief 5 warrant. 
On January 20, 2020 multiple tips from the Seward community led to the arrest of Daniel Tolson (28 years old) around 11:30 am.
Tolson was wanted on an outstanding no-bail arrest warrant for Assault 4 and Criminal Mischief 5. Seward PD officers attempted to contact Tolson at a residence on Marathon Drive but he fled on foot. Officers tracked Tolson and located him on Bluefield Drive where he was taken into custody.
We want to thank the members of the community who assisted in Tolson's apprehension.
