On January 31, 2020 the Fort Worth Nixle mass communication system will be discontinued. A new emergency alert system is coming to the City of Fort Worth- Fort Worth Texas Alerts! Coming early February, the registration process will be open to Fort Worth. More information will be added to http://fortworthtexas.gov/emo/ when registration opens. Residents are encouraged to use a NOAA All Hazards Weather Radio as their primary source of emergency warning.
