Rolando Garcia, a convicted felon, is found in possession of a firearm and narcotics

Psilocybin ( Psychedelic) Mushroom for Sales.

SUSPECT(S): Rolando Garcia, 39 years old resident of Highland
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, February 01, 2020, at around 4:01 p.m. Deputy Byrne was working patrol in the city of Loma Linda and observed a silver Hyundai make an unsafe right turn nearly causing a traffic collision. Byrne initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver, later identified as Rolando Garcia. During the contact a search of the vehicle was conducted. The deputy located approximately 3 lbs of marijuana, 50g psilocybin (psychedelic) mushrooms, a large quantity of concentrated THC (Honey Oil/ Wax) as well as other “edibles”, paraphernalia, packaging materials indicative for the sales of narcotics.
Byrne also located a loaded 9mm handgun inside the vehicle. Garcia is a previously convicted felon and prohibited from possessing any firearm or ammunition.
Garcia was arrested for numerous charges and booked at the Central Detention Center. His bail is set at $50,000.
