Montana DOT has closed down Interstate 15 at Monida Pass due to high winds, blowing snow and low visibility.  I 15 will be closed at the Barretts exit to all but local traffic, and closed to all traffic at Lima.  Weather conditions include from two to five inches of snow, wind gusts of 40 mph and a wind chill of fifteen below zero.  The road will reopen when conditions improve.  For updates, call 511 or check the Montana DOT road conditions web site
