WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of one tenth to two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Missouri and south central and
southwest Illinois.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Wednesday to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute on Wednesday.
