Forest City Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in identifying a female subject involved in an incident that occurred at Wal-Mart on February 4th, 2020 at approximately 6:05 am. The subject is a white female with shoulder length brown hair seen wearing a dark colored toboggan style hat, a teal colored tee shirt and camouflage cargo shorts. She was seen leaving in a white four door passenger vehicle.
