3rd Ave. Road Closure (Jefferson St. thru Railway Ave.) 
The Alaska DOT will be closing 3rd Ave at Jefferson St, south to Railway Ave, starting tonight. Please remove all vehicles. The snow removal should continue throughout the morning. Please use 4th Ave whenever possible and watch for detours in the area.
