INCIDENT: Maintaining a Drug House / Additional Charges

LOCATION: 31800 Block of Avenue E, Yucaipa

SUSPECT(S): Brian Decker, 44 years old, resident of Yucaipa
Willis Decker, 56 years old, resident of Yucaipa
Edgar Deleon, 32 years old, resident of Yucaipa
Gabriel Gutierrez, 23 years old, Transient
Troy Tull, 31 years old, resident of Yucaipa
Lorissa Lockwood, 34 years old, resident of Redlands


SUMMARY:
On February 4, 2020, deputies from the MET Team conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by Brian Decker and Edgar Deleon. Both were found to have arrest warrants and were taken into custody.

Following the traffic stop, deputies retuned to Decker and Deleon’s shared residence and served a search warrant previously obtained relating to narcotic activity at the location. Numerous people were located inside the residence and detained without incident.

With the assistance of a San Bernardino County Probation canine, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and ammunition were recovered from the house.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Brian Decker was arrested for maintaining a house for drug sales/use. Troy Tull was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Lorissa Lockwood was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and for violating her parole. Willis Decker was found to be absconding from probation and was arrested on a probation hold. Gabriel Gutierrez was initially arrested for a warrant. At the jail, Gutierrez was found to be concealing a baggie containing about 23 grams of methamphetamine in his clothing.

All suspects were arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center.
