Last night, Sheriff Victor Hill activated his S.W.A.T. Team to execute a search warrant at 639 Togwatee Pass located in Hampton after a drug investigation initiated by COBRA and handled by the VICE task force. Once the residence was cleared, VICE members found  7.2 pounds of marijuana, 9 grams of heroin, 22 grams of MDMA, 6 grams of suspected synthetic marijuana (Schedule I narcotic) and eleven firearms, four of which were stolen.  Desmond Lamar Bailey was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and MDMA, Trafficking Heroin, Possession of Firearms by a Convicted Felon and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property (Firearms).

Bailey is now a guest at “The Hill-ton” where he is facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
