* At 5 AM Friday the stage was 20.5 feet...and rising.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 28 feet.
* The river will rise above flood stage early tomorrow and continue to rise to near 28.1 feet tomorrow morning then fall below flood stage shortly after.
