Detectives arrested Andrew Weaver for numerous sex crimes against a young girl

LOCATION: Crestline
SUSPECT: Andrew Dale Weaver, 39-years-old, resident of Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM: Female victim under the age of 14
SUMMARY:
On February 4, 2020, deputies and detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Twin Peaks Station conducted an investigation related to a report of forcible rape against a female under the age of 14. The suspect was positively identified as Andrew Dale Weaver. During the course of the investigation, a warrant for Weaver’s arrest was issued by the San Bernardino County Superior Court.
Weaver was located by deputies and detectives in the community of Crestline where he intended to pick up the victim and take her to his residence. He was arrested and is being held at the West Valley Detention Center pending charges of P.C. 288(A): Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child under 14 Years Old; P.C. 287(b)(2): Oral Copulation with a Child Under 16 Years Old; P.C. 286(C): Sodomy by Force with a Child 14 Years Old; P.C. 236: False Imprisonment with Violence, in lieu of $250,000. bail.
