Heavy precipitation of snow in our area is beginning to stick to elevated surfaces such as bridges and decks. Temps currently are 29-30 so anticipate black ice to begin forming. Remain off roadways unless you have to travel in which case lower speeds and carry cold weather essentials for becoming stranded.
